Eric Seifert isn’t just the founding partner of Good Hope Advisors, he’s a strategic architect of success in the HVAC, Plumbing and Mechanical Contracting M&A space. After 15+ years on Wall Street honing his skills in deal-making and revenue generation, Eric seamlessly transitioned into the world of mergers and acquisitions, where over the last decade he has worked on most of the platform-founding transactions that dominate the HVAC, Plumbing and Mechanical contracting market today. As of now, a number of these deals have generated over $1B in sales each, collectively establishing billions of dollars in value, not to mention generational wealth for his clientele.

His expertise lies in forging synergistic partnerships, orchestrating recapitalizations, and crafting winning exit strategies for both residential and commercial contractors. He’s a master navigator of the M&A landscape, having worked directly with owners, private/public buyers and sellers, financial institutions, and private equity groups.

Gregg Lerman

Chief Operating Officer/Partner

Bringing a wealth of experience to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Good Hope Advisors, Gregg Lerman transitioned from an external advisor to a key executive within the company. With a background spanning over two decades in banking and finance, Gregg has founded and managed multiple Financial Management and Banking Firms across the United States and the United Kingdom. His expertise lies in identifying and nurturing early-stage businesses, adeptly navigating all phases of the business growth trajectory. Known for his proficiency in building and expanding high-performing sales teams, Gregg emphasizes motivation, positivity, and achieving tangible success metrics. As Good Hope Advisors diversifies its verticals, Gregg eagerly anticipates spearheading the company’s growth in this dynamic period.

Gregg pursued his academic interests in economics at Curtin University in Perth, Australia, and delved into history at Hertford College, Oxford University. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Barney School of Business at the University of Hartford. Beyond his professional endeavors, Gregg cherishes moments with his wife, grown children, and their beloved Mastiffs.

Josh Gladtke

Managing Director/Partner

Josh is a seasoned professional with a diverse background across multiple industries. His career commenced in finance, where he oversaw a Sales Trading Desk in both London and New York. Throughout this period, Josh honed his skills in capital markets, earning acclaim for his leadership acumen and strategic acuity. Over a span of 15 years, he played a pivotal role in driving the firm’s growth and overall success. Subsequently, Josh transitioned to the manufacturing sector, where he thrived as the Head of Sales for a prominent manufacturing enterprise. His strategic foresight, knack for fostering enduring client partnerships, and prowess in expanding market presence were instrumental in the company’s expansion.

In 2023, Josh brought his expertise to Good Hope, assuming a leadership role to spearhead the company’s foray into new contracting verticals and bolster its footprint in the HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical contracting domains.

Josh is an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin—Madison School of Business. When not immersed in his work at Good Hope, Josh relishes spending quality time with his family, engaging in his passion for hockey, coaching his teenage son, attending live music events, and exploring new destinations through travel.
